My natural instinct is to help and support someone who is in distress or is going through a difficult period in their life.  I enjoy talking to people and I am always intrigued by other people’s experiences and stories. Whether they are sad or remarkable, I am never shocked by what I am told. 

People from different backgrounds and cultures have different experiences and stories to tell and I am truly grateful for the faith and trust placed in me to share such incredible in-depth and personal experiences. It is very rewarding supporting and helping people realise their potential.

COUPLES’ COUNSELLING

Couples counselling seeks to help couples work through difficulties in the relationship, helping them understand the cause of the conflict and learn how to communicate positively and effectively with each other. 

COACHING

Coaching is focused on personal development and positive change. It is a proactive way of working collaboratively with individuals or groups, helping to improve quality or life by creating new perspectives.
