About

Becoming a Counsellor and Coach was a natural progression from my background as a Legal Secretary in family law. My journey started with a BA Hons degree in Criminology and Social Policy and working as a Volunteer for Victim Support, with a particular interest in victims of domestic abuse. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of people, how the mind processes information and behaviour, so I undertook a Graduate Psychology Conversion course at UEL.

I wanted to help and support people struggling emotionally with life’s challenges and made the decision to study at Postgraduate level to become a Counsellor and Coach, helping, supporting and motivating people to be the best person they can be to feel empowered.

It is truly fulfilling, building trusting relationships with people, and very rewarding when I see the changes in motivation and how people evolve with the ability to manage difficulties independently.

I will help you to feel motivated, enabling you to make positive changes to your life in a meaningful way.
