FAQs
Want to know more?
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in our sessions is treated with complete confidentiality. I follow the BACP’s strict code of ethics, and all digital records are securely stored on a password-protected computer. I am also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
What should I expect from a first meeting?
Your first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy or coaching and what you hope to gain. It’s a gentle introduction, where you can get a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable with me. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel free to be open and authentic, without judgement.
Where will the sessions be held?
Most sessions are held online via Zoom, giving you the flexibility and comfort of attending from your own space, wherever you are in the UK. If you prefer, in-person sessions can also be arranged in East London (E17).
How do I book a session?
You can get in touch through the contact form on this website, by email, or by phone. I will then arrange a free telephone consultation, giving you the chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether working together feels right for you. From there, we can arrange your first session.
