About Me
Becoming a therapist and coach was a natural progression from my early career in the medical and legal fields, where I gained insight into the challenges people face and the resilience required to overcome them. I also volunteered with Victim Support in the UK, supporting people during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. These experiences deepened my understanding of empathy, resilience, and the importance of being truly heard.
To build on this, I studied criminology and psychology before completing postgraduate training in counselling and life coaching. I later trained in couples counselling, enabling me to support partners in reconnecting and strengthening their relationships. These studies and experiences have shaped the way I work today: warm, supportive, and integrative, drawing on different approaches to meet each person’s unique needs.
It is truly rewarding to witness clients find clarity, rebuild confidence, and strengthen their relationships. The trust people place in me is a privilege, and I feel honoured to walk alongside them as they heal, grow, and create meaningful change.
