About Me
Becoming a therapist and coach was a natural progression from my early career as a Medical and Legal Secretary, as well as my volunteer work with Victim Support, where I developed a deep interest in supporting those facing emotional challenges.
After completing a BA (Hons) Degree in Criminology and Social Policy, I undertook a Graduate Psychology Conversion course at the University of East London, followed by a postgraduate Counselling and Coaching course, with further training in Couples Counselling. My interest in how the mind processes experience and behaviour continues to shape the way I work today.
It is truly fulfilling to build trusting relationships with clients and to witness the changes that unfold, seeing people grow in confidence, motivation, and resilience as they discover new ways to manage life’s challenges and relationships.
My goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, understanding, and encouragement, helping you reconnect with your strengths, improve communication, and create lasting change that feels both empowering and meaningful. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be glad to support you, whether through therapy, couples counselling, or life coaching, online across the UK or in East London (E17).
